God didn't pre-pick those who are saved, but He knew that there would be saved people. So the Church was in His mind as part of His eternal purpose and plan

What effect does this have on my spouse for Salvation?
What effect does this have on my children for Salvation?
What effect does this have on my friends for Salvation?
What effect does this have on my neighbors for Salvation?
What effect does this have on the Church for Salvation?
