God Comforts
The one true God is compassionate; He comforts His people.
Isaiah 49:1-13
Some things in life seem impossible. A doctor’s diagnosis, the emotions of an ended relationship, or being called into the boss’s office can make us feel like there is no tomorrow. The people of Israel faced the seemingly impossible in the form of conquering armies, the guilt of moral failure, and God’s judgment for their disobedience. Isaiah reminded them that God was preparing the way for His Servant. Through this Servant, He would accomplish His purposes and reward those who faithfully serve Him.
What or who gives you comfort when you are facing a seemingly impossible situation? How does that item or person give you comfort?
Teacher: Chris Parker

Happy Veterans Day to our soldiers, both past and present. We owe you our thanks, but more than that, we owe you our freedom.
FBC Keller University: "Cultivating a Heart of Thanksgiving"

FBC Keller University is a place where you and your whole family will take a deeper dive into scripture. We hope you will join us for our first series, "Cultivating a Heart of Thanksgiving." This series arrives at a perfect time when many are facing unprecedented challenges while approaching the holiday season. Each week will present a unique challenge and biblical, actionable answers to that challenge.

Join us for the Fourth Annual Student Ministry Turkey Bowl Flag Football Game on Thanksgiving Day at 8:00 a.m. at Bear Creek Park. This event is open to everyone – Youth, College, Parents, Adults
Operation Christmas Child – Build a Shoebox

Bless children around the world with a tangible expression of God’s love through a gift-filled shoebox. Build a shoebox online in just a few clicks or pick up a box and label in the north or south entrances of the church to fill at home. Please return filled boxes by November 15 to the north preschool desk. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is shared when shoeboxes boxes are distributed. Families are reached, new churches are started, and communities are transformed. It all begins with you.

Submit your artwork by Sunday, December 6. Calling all artists, all ages, all media! Worship our savior through art this Advent season. Submit your paintings, drawings, carvings, sculptures, and other media. All ages are welcome to participate – children, students, and adults. Submission information and instructions available at the resource wall. Contact Faith Hale at fhale@fbckeller.org.
Rotating Worship Schedule for Adult Bible Study Classes

We are asking each of our Adult Bible Study Classes to rotate to one of our designated remote worship areas (either the Gym or the LOFT) once per month during Worship Service times. This only affects the Worship Service times (8:30 and 11:00 a.m.) and does not affect your Sunday school class time or location. This rotation schedule allows for adequate social distancing during Worship Service times. Please contact Jack Gatewood with any questions or concerns. Thank you for your support and cooperation.

Our media team is more active than ever. With livestream and multiple overflow rooms, we need double the amount of people for each service. If you would like to join our media team, we will train you, even if you are technologically challenged. You only need a heart to serve. Please contact Rob Eisenmann at reisenmann@fbckeller.org or call the church office.

Our Cart Ministry needs more drivers. If you're interested in helping in this important ministry, please contact Pete Mitchell at pete.mitchell@gmagarnet.com or the church office. We have four different time slots, and we could use your help! Thank you.

Show Christ’s love each Thursday morning by helping people from other countries learn English. We have class sessions followed by one-on-one times of practice and conversation via Zoom. We need people who can lead the classes and people who can simply guide one student. Training will be provided. Contact Asako Fertitta at asakofertitta@sbcglobal.net or call the church office and ask for Lawrence.
