Fall – Session 10
God Comforts

The one true God is compassionate; He comforts His people.
Isaiah 49:1-13

Some things in life seem impossible. A doctor’s diagnosis, the emotions of an ended relationship, or being called into the boss’s office can make us feel like there is no tomorrow. The people of Israel faced the seemingly impossible in the form of conquering armies, the guilt of moral failure, and God’s judgment for their disobedience. Isaiah reminded them that God was preparing the way for His Servant. Through this Servant, He would accomplish His purposes and reward those who faithfully serve Him.

What or who gives you comfort when you are facing a seemingly impossible situation? How does that item or person give you comfort?

Build a shoebox online in just a few clicks or pick up a box and label in the north or south entrances of the church to fill at home. Please return filled boxes by November 15 to the north preschool desk. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is shared when shoeboxes boxes are distributed. Rotating Worship Schedule for Adult Bible Study Classes

https://www.fbckeller.org/ministries/adult-discipleship/sunday-mornings
hey

We are asking each of our Adult Bible Study Classes to rotate to one of our designated remote worship areas (either the Gym or the LOFT) once per month during Worship Service times. This only affects the Worship Service times (8:30 and 11:00 a.m.) and does not affect your Sunday school class time or location. This rotation schedule allows for adequate social distancing during Worship Service times. Please contact Jack Gatewood with any questions or concerns. Thank you for your support and cooperation.

Our media team is more active than ever. With livestream and multiple overflow rooms, we need double the amount of people for each service. If you would like to join our media team, we will train you, even if you are technologically challenged. You only need a heart to serve. Please contact Rob Eisenmann at reisenmann@fbckeller.org or call the church office.

We need people who can lead the classes and people who can simply guide one student. Training will be provided.
