1. Do you find yourself spending more time with people like you or with people different than you? Why do you think that is?
2. Can you think of an example of God using someone very different than you to refine you or challenge your thinking?
3. What are the greatest areas of conflict for you with others in this season? (IE politics, finance, education, covid etc.) Are these things Biblical principles or cultural preference?
4. Evaluate the group you are gathering with right now. Is it a diverse group? Why or Why not? How could this group pursue more diversity in the future?
5. Pray for one another and others who may join your group. Pray that God will use diversity to shape, and refine you.
