The prayer we are going to consider today challenges us to consider that instead of always asking God to do something on OUR BEHALF, we dare to ask God to USE US on HIS BEHALF! Rather than asking God to SERVE US, what if we told God we were available to SERVE HIM! The prayer we will be considering is this: SEND ME.

Every part of me is yours … this is your day …
Guard my mind … my thoughts … take captive anything that is not of you
Give you my eyes … protect them from wondering … help me see everyone as you see them
Guard my ears … help me to hear your voice and quickly identify deception and lies
Guard my mouth … give me words to encourage, inspire, offering hope by pointing to you
Guard my heart … purify my motives and may my one goal be to serve you
May my hands be your hands … empower me to be used by you
May my feet be your feet … direct my steps and take me to who I need to be with today
God, I devote every part of me to you and to your will today!
