“…inherit the earth” =postured to be His hands and feet for his will to be done.

Gentleness is a prerequisite for great leadership.
We need more gentle leaders to start leading in every arena of life. Great leaders don't divide people, they unify them.
Numbers 12:3 ESV
Gentleness earns respect; without respect, you cannot lead effectively.
Gentleness is a powerful witness to those who don’t know Jesus.
Titus 3:2 NLT
1 Peter 3:15 (NLT), Instead, you must worship Christ as Lord of your life. And if someone asks about your hope as a believer, always be ready to explain it. 16a But do this in a gentle and respectful way.
If you don’t give them a reason to trust you, then how can you turn around and ask them to trust Jesus?
“Build a bridge of love between your heart and theirs and Jesus will walk across.”
