To develop a good Relationship it requires time, communication, and trust..
Prayer is a continual conversation with God: pouring out to Him and allowing Him to pour back into you
1. Biblical Sabbath Rest: 24 hour time period where we stop work, enjoy rest, practice delight, and reflect on God’s goodness.
2. Restful state of being (peace): Active Rest your ability to remain calm and anxiety free while in the middle of chaotic situations!
3. Place of Rest: place of settlement; season where you realize you are doing the will of God and not experiencing a great deal of stress

Do you take work with you to bed? On weekends? On vacation?
Is work the activity you like to do best and talk about most?
Do you work more than forty hours a week?
Have your family or friends given up expecting you on time?
Do you take on extra work because you are concerned that it won’t otherwise get done?
Do you underestimate how long a project will take and then rush to complete it?
Do you get impatient with people who have other priorities besides work?
Have your long hours hurt your family or other relationships?
