Gravity Has No Power Over Me!

Gravity Has No Power Over Me!

Because we're in Christ we no longer need to fear condemnation. But what about all of the sin we keep committing? Sometimes it seems like we're doomed to fail and repeat the same sins repeatedly. Our sinful nature seems strong and that is still has great power over us. Is it possible to overcome the downward pull of temptation into sin? Or perhaps it has already been overcome and we're able to walk in victory even as we struggle.

We believe that by 2022, through God's grace and power, we will see 2,000 people baptized and growing in relationship with Jesus through the Word, prayer, and community.

How can you play a part? Pray for those who don’t yet know Jesus, and share your life with them so they can experience good news through your words and actions.

Next Week's Text

As we near the end of our Defining Moments series, we'll see the fall-out of Peter and John highlighting Jesus after healing the man born lame. They'll double down and proclaim the powerful Name of Jesus boldly in the face of opposition. They recognize all of their power, authority and confidence comes from that Name. For us, we'll further grasp what it means, as a church, to be Naming Jesus.
