Condemnation is when the devil points out your past mistakes. - you need to fight that with truth - the CROSS!!
Conviction is when God gently points out something you need to make right because it is in the way of your relationship with Him, and other people.
When there are mistakes in our past - traumatic events - or simply bumps in the road that change our direction, what do we do with them? What we do with events of the past entirely determines the quality and trajectory of our present and future.
Sometimes, you have to take your issues and literally go to the cross and deal with them THERE.
