Did the disciples make a difference between the end of the Temple and the end of that age?

It seems that they saw one single event:

Jesus’ discourse is well structured

A – Destruction of Jerusalem (Matt. 24:4-20)

B – Christ’s Coming/Parusia (Matt. 24:21-31)

A’ – Destruction of Jerusalem (Matt. 24:32-35)

B’ – Christ’s Coming/Parusia (Matt. 24:36-44)

What “end” is Jesus referring to, the end of the Temple, or the end of that age?

Telos – the word for “end”

This seems to be the end of the age. What is the next segment about?

What is the meaning of “all these things”?

"Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?”
