There have been some great rivalries throughout history. If we were to just look at the Olympics names like; Kerrigan and Harding might come up, as well as, Phelps and Cavic. Rivalries exist and sometimes they become more than a rivalry ... they become an enemy.

You and I, Christian have more than a rivalry when it come to our walk with JESUS ... we have an enemy and his name is, Satan.

We need JESUS more and more all of the time.

Be careful, Christian ... the devil may let you win a few victories for the purpose of you thinking that you can beat him on your own. Paul told the church in Corinth, "If you think you are standing strong, be careful not to fall." (1 Corinthians 10:12)

Don't work on growing in your independence of GOD ... instead work on growing in your dependence on HIM.

All things are possible with GOD even victory over sin. Do not try to win on your own. With GOD all things are possible.

Friends, don't play with sin ... don't even play with temptation. You can be victorious ... with GOD.
