Some not so good. God is a trustworthy Author and when we allow Him to be the Author of our life, He helps turn the unscripted moments into moments full of purpose.

Invest & Invite. Sharing our faith with others is not like a sales call that is high pressure or interrupts ones life. Or at least, it doesn’t have to be. What if we started seeing the unscripted interaction with others less like an interruption and more like an opportunity to invest into them? Many people are one invitation away from real life-change. You and I are that invitation.

• What do you think is the biggest reason people don’t share their faith with others?
CONNECT TO THE WORD. [Read it and talk it out.]
• Read John1:43-51. Why do you think the invitation to “come and see” is so intriguing?
• Jesus complimented Nathanael’s authenticity in verse 47. Do you think that helped Nathanael be more receptive? Why or why not?

• We talked bout investing and inviting. Why do you think it’s important to do both?

God, you are for us. We want to join you in being for others. May you lead us this week, opening our heart and eyes, to notice the divine interruptions you bring our way. Help us to continually invest and invite those you have placed in our lives. Amen.
