I SOMETIMES GOD WILL INTENTIONALLY LEAD YOU INTO A STORM
A. Storms don’t tell you if you are “in God’s Will”
B. Storms are designed to deepen your faith
II YOU MAY EXPERIENCE THREE KINDS OF STORMS
A. A Circumstantial Storm
B. An Emotional Storm
C. A Spiritual Storm
III IT MAY SEEM LIKE JESUS IS SLEEPING DURING YOUR STORM
A. While the disciples are in panic mode due to the storm
B. Jesus is calm….cause He knows there is a test going on
IV. BUT NEVER FORGET - JESUS IS NEVER WASTING A STORM
Sometimes Jesus calms the storm AROUND you – but He is always working to calm the storm WITHIN you!
IV THROUGH THE STORM JESUS IS TRYING TO REVEAL MORE OF HIMSELF
TO YOU IN A DEEPER WAY
A. He wants you to know who you are dealing with
B. He wants you to know Him in His humanity and in His deity
