Job 30:26-27

T.R.U.S.T.
Tell God exactly how you feel.
“Then Job stood up, tore his robe, and shaved his head. He fell to the ground and worshipped …” (Job 1:20)
“Therefore I will not restrain my mouth. I will speak in the anguish of my spirit; I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.” (Job 7:11)
• Refuse to become bitter.
“ ...saying: Naked I came from my mother’s womb, and naked I will leave this life. The Lord gives, and the Lord takes away. Praise the name of Yahweh.” (Job 1:21)
The Cure For Bitterness Is Gratitude For God’s Goodness!
1. God will never stop loving (Job 10:12)
2. God has a plan for your life. (Job 23:14)
3. God cares about every detail in your life. (Job 23:10 & 31:4)
4. God is in control of things you don’t understand. (Job 24:13)
5. God will protect (Job 5:11)
Unite with those who will help you focus on God.
“Be careful that no one lures you with riches; do not let a large ransom lead you astray. Can your wealth or all your physical exertion keep you from distress? Do not long for the night when nations will disappear from their places. Be careful that you do not turn to iniquity, for that is why you have been tested by affliction. Look, God shows Himself exalted by His power. Who has appointed His way for Him, and who has declared, “You have done wrong”? Remember that you should praise His work, which people have sung about.” (Job 36:18-24)
Surrender your future to God.
“Even if He (God) kills me, I will hope in Him. I will still defend my ways before Him.” (Job 13:15)
Trust Jesus for every detail of your comeback.
“I have told you these things so that in Me you may have peace. You will have suffering in this world. Be courageous! I have conquered the world.” (John 16:33)

Job’s Comeback:
“After Job had prayed for his friends, the Lord restored his prosperity and doubled his previous possessions.” (Job 42:10)
