Getting Along So We Can Move Along

Getting Along So We Can Move Along

Stewardship is not just about money. It’s also about caring for those that God has blessed us with. It’s about stewarding the relationships we have with each other. It's also about how we see ourselves. So this Sunday we are talking about how we see others, how we see ourselves, and how we see God. Join us when we talk about Getting Along So We Can Move Along.

Locations & Times

Online via Livestream, Facebook Live, YouTube Live

Sunday 11:00 AM

Sunday 6:00 PM

Galatians 6:1-10

Joyce Meyer said, “Did it ever occur to you that you have a relationship with yourself? While I've never given it much thought, I spend more time with myself than with anyone, and it's vital to get along well with me. Remember, you are the one person you never get away from. We all know how agonizing it is to work day after day with someone we don't get along with, but at least that person doesn't come home with us at night. We can't get away from ourselves, not even for one second, so it's of the utmost importance that we have peace with ourselves. Rather than thinking too highly of ourselves or too lowly of ourselves, what if we made it a habit to see ourselves as God sees us. I think this would help us to get along with others, with ourselves and with God.”

Let's Get Connected

The most important way to stay in communication is through our online program, "OnRealm" or the phone version "Connect". It allows you to get information that is only shared inside the church family, get a first look at what is shared on other social media platforms and connect with each other. "Connect" also allows you a secure place to give. Finally, it acts as a virtual church directory! In an emergency, it is where we go first to look for you and how you are doing.

To get information as part of our church community, create an account at https://onrealm.org/FUMCYC.

If you have any questions or have any challenges connecting, contact aprilb@fumcyubacity.com

Communion Sundays

Communion is offered monthly, usually the first Sunday of the month. Communion elements can be requested and will be delivered in the most efficient way. Please notify us two weeks ahead of Communion Sunday so we can do our best to make sure the elements are delivered on time. Each packet has been personally prayed over and blessed by the pastors.
