In Christ are “hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.” Colossians 2:3
Heavenly wisdom is: Pure, peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and hypocrisy.
Pure: Undefiled, unmixed in motive and measure
Peacable: Quiet, assured, resting; compared to restless, easily agitated.
Gentle: One who is without contention.
Willing to yield: (submissive) God’s wisdom makes a person easy to live with. Man’s wisdom make’s a man hard to be around and stubborn.
Full of mercy and good fruits: “Full of” means to be controlled by. God’s wisdom makes for a full life – full of mercy and fruits!
Without partiality and hypocrisy: Faith is living without scheming.
Heavenly wisdom does not need a salesman. People will see the fruit!
Results of Heavenly Wisdom: Blessings!
