The Way Back - Get Your Christian Life Back On Track
"Can that which is unsavory, be eaten without salt? Or is there any taste in the white of an egg?" (Job 6:6)
Jesus addressed fishermen.
They knew He was talking about the preserving power of salt.
Salt prevents decay and corruption.
It was necessary to salt the fish down to keep them edible.
2 Kings 2:20-22 - Elisha puts a curse of salt into deadly, polluted waters. Those waters were healed.
Salt has antiseptic and healing properties to it.
Mk. 9:49 – “For everyone shall be salted with fire."
Phil. 4:13.
>Life; health; read; talk; see; touch; feel; smell;
>A place to live and call home.
>Food. Fresh water. Hot water. Communication. Entertainment. Access to doctors and medicine.
>Free to live without fear of oppression because of our beliefs. Free to speak our beliefs without persecution.
