1 Corinthians 1:2-18 ESV
Notes
1) God’s wisdom is vastly different than the wisdom of secular culture.
2) God uses our foolish preaching to save those who would never know Him through human wisdom.
3) The Gospel itself is the power of God for salvation.
4) Every salvation is a miracle of God.
5) Even in our weakness, God can work powerfully through us.
6) We all have value and purpose in the family of God.
7) Our adequacy is from God. It flows from a close relationship with Him.
8) If we do any boasting, we should boast in the Lord.
9) Keep the focus on Christ and Him crucified.
10) Let’s not put our faith in our own abilities, but in the power of God.
