It’s JOY that Jesus wants for us today.

Generosity - Acts 20:35 (NLT) - And I have been a constant example of how you can help those in need by working hard. You should remember the words of the Lord Jesus: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’”

Serving others - Mark 10:45 (NIV) - For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”

Forgiveness - Colossians 3:13 (NIV) - Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.

Suffering - Hebrews 12:2 (NLT) - Because of the joy awaiting him, he endured the cross, disregarding its shame. Now he is seated in the place of honor beside God’s throne.

Grief - John 16:20-22 (NLT) - I tell you the truth, you will weep and mourn over what is going to happen to me, but the world will rejoice. You will grieve, but your grief will suddenly turn to wonderful joy. It will be like a woman suffering the pains of labor. When her child is born, her anguish gives way to joy because she has brought a new baby into the world. So you have sorrow now, but I will see you again; then you will rejoice, and no one can rob you of that joy
