Daniel 8
“The Appointed Time of the End”
The first and second halves of the book of Daniel are quite different. The first half is narrative, and the second half is prophecy. There are of course some overlap. Still, the value of the first half is an account of the way in which Daniel and his three friends functioned in pagan Babylon and how God protected them. The second half focuses on prophecies of the future and end times. This morning we begin the prophetic portion of Daniel.
