Our faith must be based on a personal relationship with Jesus, but we can’t do it alone; we must pursue genuine community with other believers. Rather than attending church on a come-and-go basis, we should strive to be connected to an authentic, godly community.

Since 1963, we've been busy helping people find their way back to God! Mars Hill is an amazing church where you can experience joy and laughter. It is a place where the Scriptures are taught in a way that enocurages discussion and questions. It is also a place where the brokenhearted can find healing.
my | space is a series on establishing healthy boundaries and surviving relationships God's way. Everyone has "crazy-makers" in life, whether it’s a boyfriend, girlfriend, spouse, boss, or relative. This series will help bring sanity to your relationships so you can do more than just coexist.
A boundary is a personal property line that marks those things we are responsible. They define who we are and who we are not.
The writer of Hebrews has just finished explaining why the sacrifice Jesus made is enough for us to be cleansed and forgiven.
Because Jesus was the perfect sacrifice, no other offering needs to be made: God has declared our “sins and lawless acts” he will “remember no more” (Hebrews 10:17).
And now, the writer is saying, we have a new-found confidence to draw near to God without fear.
For the first time in human history, humans can approach God’s presence without fear of death, the natural response of someone unholy to being in the presence of the holy.
Sometimes, it's not who you know; it's who knows you.
If we isolate ourselves, we will not only be missing out on the encouragement that comes from doing life together, but we will be robbing someone else of the encouragement we could offer them.
