Your purpose in your daily life is to be a minister of the Gospel.
A church leader's purpose is to equip you to do that.

The Spiritual Gifts are manifestations of His Undeserved favor to us and through us… to make our ministering in our daily lives more effective!

You will not display a gift of the Holy Spirit without faith.
And faith without love counts for nothing!
The right mindset =
"Father, how do You want to Love this person right now? Show me and I'll do it."

The goal of Spiritual Gifts are to reveal Jesus more clearly. They simply open up a person's heart to the Supernatural Love of God!
Word of Wisdom...
Wisdom = knowing how to put knowledge into practice.
The Spirit Gift of a "Word of Wisdom" = supernaturally knowing what to do when you naturally shouldn't.
