Three words describing Church Leadership:
Elder (presbuterous) - Plural. A mature man seasoned in judgment.
Shepherd (poimante) - Latin = pastor
Overseer (episkopountes) - Old English = Bisceop or Bishop

Not out of compulsion, but willingly according to God's will;
Not for shameful gain, but eagerly;
Not domineering over others, but as an example to the flock.
