Emotionally Healthy People = Self-Aware, Forgiving, Flexible, Generous, Self-Controlled, and full of faith.
Flexibility: the quality of bending easily without breaking; the ability to be easily modified; a willingness to change

The opposite of flexibility: rigidity

Rigidity: unable to bend; unable to change or be adapted
Big Idea: Flexible people grow into the future. Rigid people are stuck in patterns of the past.
