We cannot neglect meeting together for the purpose of encouraging one another in our faith journeys. I need you, you need me. We need to be in this together.
4 C's of Small Groups:

1. Connect: Someone knows my name and my stuff.

2. Care: Someone knows, prays for, and asks about my stuff.
3. Challenge to Grow: Someone knows where I want to go.

4. Celebrate: Someone knows when to cheer me on
Open Up
Make a list together of places people go where “everyone knows their
name” (or at least a few people do).

Discuss
- Do you have a story of a time when you moved somewhere and were
not “known”. How did that feel? And what did you do?

-List the items a plant needs to grow and then talk about what those
things represent in a person’s life.

-What is a habit you are happy that you made time for in your schedule?
How did you decide to do that? Why was it worth it?

-Without looking, see if you can remember the 4 C’s together. Bryce talked about sharing stories of growth. Share a story that fits with one of the 4 C’s.

Big Idea
Connected people grow, loners don’t. People who go on alone, without
family or a team, often get stuck. Worship Center encourages groups
because we really care about people.

Engage
Consider the 4 C’s personally, which one do you need the most at this time
in your life and where will you get it?

Connect: Someone knows my name and my stuff.
Care: Someone knows, prays for, and asks about my stuff.
Challenge to Grow: Someone knows where I want to go.
Celebrate: Someone knows when to cheer me on.

If you are in a small group, what’s your next step in serving the journey of
others?
If you are not in a small group, why not join one today or this week?

Answers: Connected, Connect, Care, Challenge, Celebrate.
