Missions is simply obeying THE MISSION. In this series entitled "Our Mission for Missions," we will be learning about the who, what, why, where and how of missions! Missions has always been a value at Christ's Church. It is part of the way that we participate in the bigger picture of what God is doing in throughout the world today. It's in the DNA of our church! Missions is basically this:
1. Building relationships that Honor God!
A. They worshipped Jesus.
B. These disciples were to make more disciples
under Jesus’ authority.
C. Jesus promised His presence to the very end of
the age.
2. Building relationships that lead to spiritual
transformation.
A. The relationship with Jesus is transformational.
B. This relationship is for ALL people from ALL
nations.
C. Transformation comes through the work of the
Holy Spirit.
