1) Let It Be Jesus – Is this a song you enjoy? Are there other songs like it? 2. What are your storms?
3. What things make you feel surrounded? Acclaimed? Abandoned?
4. Who do you know of who needs you to Be Jesus in their world?
5. How can we be like the elephants who work together to protect or the runners in the tough mudder race who help one another?
6. Look at this quote again: “The effect of such continuous study under Jesus would naturally be that we learn how to do everything we do ‘in the name of Jesus,’ that is, on his behalf or in his place; that is, once again, as if he himself weredoing it.”

JUMP START!
JULY 29<br>LOCATION: Central’s Campus TIME: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM CONTACT: info@c3ocala.com<br>Jump Start! is our annual back-to-school community outreach event–a fun family day with lunch, community resources, bounce houses, petting zoo and more. Our goal for this event is to give out 600 backpacks to elementary students in need of school supplies
VOLUNTEER
Volunteers are needed to welcome and pray with guests, assist with parking, monitor kids at the petting zoo and attractions, set up and serve lunch and much more. Visit c3ocala.com/jumpstart for a complete list of opportunites. Volunteer Training is July 23 at 3:30 PM in the Worship Center, after which we will canvas the area with doorhanger invitations.
CONTRIBUTE
It takes $10 to fill a backpack–that’s $6,000 needed to buy school supplies. To contribute to this goal, volunteer or find out more about Jump Start, visit c3ocala.com/jumpstart. Designate your donations “Jump Start” or use the special Jump Start giving envelope.

Do you own a business? Consider a tax deductable donation that will help cover the cost of the lunch and attractions for the event. Business Sponsors will receive recognition in print at the event. Sponsor donations can be made online at c3ocala.com/jumpstart; checks should be made out to Central Christian Church and designated as “Sponsorship for Jump Start”.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
We have many opportunites for you to Be Jesus to kids, students and guests here at Central. We are looking for individuals to welcome guests, hold babies, pass communion, and talk with kids or students about their lesson in small groups. If one of those sounds like a good fit for you, take a second to fill out a Connection Card or visit c3ocala.com/volunteer.
MISSION TRIPS
We are beginning to plan 2018 misison trips to Guatemala–Feburary 3-10 for a medical mission trip and a construction based mission trip in the Fall. While experience in these areas is helpful, it is not necessary. To express interest in being a part of either mission trip, fill out a Connection Card or visit c3ocala.com/guatemala.
