I. God’s people often find themselves in conflict with each other when they don’t allow His Word to guide their relationships v. 11-12
II. When God’s people are in conflict with one another it affects our worship of God v. 11-12, 13-14
IV. When we divorce worshipping God from how we treat each other we will only offer polluted worship
SERMON TAKE HOME PRINCIPLE: The gospel calls us to community and commitment to one another as an of our worship to God.
APPLICATION?
1.Think about your story and how the Lord saved you. How do you see God's creating work in your life (Mal. 3:10; Eph 2:1-10).
2. Compare Mal. 2:10 and John 13:31-35. How are they similar? How are they different?
3. Recall a time when not following God's Word led to conflict with you and another believer.
4. We live in a society that is becoming increasingly individualistic. How are you preserving connection/community with other believers in your life?
5.Is there a Christian brother or sister you are out fellowship with? How do you plan to go to them and reconcile?
6. If you are married or in a relationship, how is that relationship affecting your worship of God for the better or for the worst?
III. We often will try to worship God despite being in conflict with one another.
