THE BOAZ ANOINTING: A GRACE & FAVOR THAT BRINGS RESTORATION, INFLUENCE & INCREASE
ANOINTING: IMPARTATION OR ACTIVATION
ROOT WORD: ANOINT MEANS TO RUB TOGETHER AS ONE.
WHEN WE ARE ANOINTED, GOD’S SPIRIT IS IMPARTED TO US AND ACTIVATES THE GIFTS AND ABILITIES HE HAS PUT INSIDE US.
GOD DESIRES YOU TO MOVE IN A PROCESS THAT BRINGS RESTORATION FOR WHAT WAS LOSSED OR DAMAGED
GOD IS ALIGNING YOU FOR INFLUECE AND INCREASE!

Ruth 1:1-6 NKJV
Now it came to pass, in the days when the judges ruled, that there was a famine in the land. And a certain man of Bethlehem, Judah, went to dwell in the country of Moab, he and his wife and his two sons. 2 The name of the man was Elimelech, the name of his wife was Naomi, and the names of his two sons were Mahlon and Chilion—Ephrathites of Bethlehem, Judah. And they went to the country of Moab and remained there. 3 Then Elimelech, Naomi’s husband, died; and she was left, and her two sons. 4 Now they took wives of the women of Moab: the name of the one was Orpah, and the name of the other Ruth. And they dwelt there about ten years. 5 Then both Mahlon and Chilion also died; so the woman survived her two sons and her husband.
6 Then she arose with her daughters-in-law that she might return from the country of Moab, for she had heard in the country of Moab that the Lord had visited His people by giving them bread.
BETHLEHEM: HOUSE OF BREAD, FUTURE BIRTHPLACE OF MESSIAH YESHUA-JESUS
Micah 5:2
But thou, Beth-lehem Ephrathah, Which art little to be among the thousands of Judah, Out of thee shall one come forth unto Me that is to be ruler in Israel; Whose goings forth are from of old, from ancient days.
EPHRATHAH: FRUITFULNESS
JUDAH: PRAISE
THEY LEFT THE HOUSE OF BREAD DURING A FAMINE
Moab: The king of Moab hired Balaam to curse Israel
Lot was Abraham’s nephew whom he took with him and also rescued his family from 5 kings. Lot chose the land that looked the best and ended up in Sodom, which was so corrupt God destroyed. His wife was turned into a pillar of salt because she looked back longing for the past and what was evil.
Moab: A 10-generation curse was pronounced on them by MOSES because they refused to help Israel with bread and water from them in the wilderness. They were family and should have helped them!
Moabites were descendants from the firstborn of Lot by incest with his eldest daughter.
Lot’s younger daughter had a child with him named Ammon who are known as the Ammonites.
Deuteronomy 23: 3-6 NKJV
3 “An Ammonite or Moabite shall not enter the assembly of the Lord; even to the tenth generation none of his descendants shall enter the assembly of the Lord forever, 4 because they did not meet you with bread and water on the road when you came out of Egypt, and because they hired against you Balaam the son of Beor from Pethor of Mesopotamia, to curse you. 5 Nevertheless the Lord your God would not listen to Balaam, but the Lord your God turned the curse into a blessing for you, because the Lord your God loves you. 6 You shall not seek their peace nor their prosperity all your days forever.
Ruth 1: 15-20 GW
15 Naomi said, “Look, your sister-in-law has gone back to her people and to her gods. Go back with your sister-in-law.”16 But Ruth answered, “Don’t force me to leave you. Don’t make me turn back from following you. Wherever you go, I will go, and wherever you stay, I will stay. Your people will be my people, and your God will be my God. 17 Wherever you die, I will die, and I will be buried there with you. May the Lord strike me down if anything but death separates you and me!”18 When Naomi saw that Ruth was determined to go with her, she ended the conversation.19 So both of them went on until they came to Bethlehem. When they entered Bethlehem, the whole town was excited about them. “This can’t be Naomi, can it?” the women asked.
20 She answered them, “Don’t call me Naomi [Sweet]. Call me Mara [Bitter] because the Almighty has made my life very bitter.
Many things are happening some are obvious and some are not.
1. Ruth made a decision to worship the God of Israel. She had a spiritual conversion and became part of Judah
2. Naomi had 10 years of tragedy and loss that made here bitter towards God
3. Because of Ruth converting to the God of Israel favor and grace had become activated. She also positioned herself to honor Naomi even though the natural circumstances had not gone in Naomi’s favor for 10 years. Ruth chose to believe in the God of Naomi despite what she saw with her natural eyes
4. Naomi made a strategic decision in returning to the house of bread and the place of praise (Judah)
· Something happens when you return to God as your source and begin to praise Him despite what you see!
Psalm 67:5-7 NKJV
5 Let the peoples praise You, O God;Let all the peoples praise You.6 Then the earth shall yield her increase;
God, our own God, shall bless us. 7 God shall bless us,And all the ends of the earth shall fear Him.
WE HAVE TO PRAISE GOD AND BELIEVE HIM TO BE THE SOURCE OF ALL YOUR BLESSING AND PROSPERITY!
When you praise God you magnify him and see him bigger than your circumstance
It is not your past or present circumstance that defines you but your relationship to your God.
Deuteronomy 12:28 NHEB
Observe and hear and do all these words which I command you, that it may go well with you, and with your children after you forever, when you do that which is good and right in the eyes of the LORD your God.
We have to do this even when it looks like your Boaz and the anointing of grace and favor to bring restoration, influence and increase is nowhere in sight.
GOD WANTS YOU TO RECEIVE THE BOAZ ANOINTING:
1. Remove the negativity and strongholds on your mind that has been formed through your journey and what you have allowed your into your mind. ( belief systems, thought patterns, cursing yourself with your mouth)
Philippians 3; 13-14 NKJV
13 Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, 14 I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
· One motion, one movement, releasing and reaching at the same time
IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PRAISE GOD AND CURSE YOURSELF AT THE SAME TIME!
PSALM 34:3 NET
Magnify the LORD with me! Let's praise his name together!
RUTH 4:13-17 NLT
13 So Boaz took Ruth into his home, and she became his wife. When he slept with her, the Lord enabled her to become pregnant, and she gave birth to a son. 14 Then the women of the town said to Naomi, “Praise the Lord, who has now provided a redeemer for your family! May this child be famous in Israel. 15 May he restore your youth and care for you in your old age. For he is the son of your daughter-in-law who loves you and has been better to you than seven sons!”16 Naomi took the baby and cuddled him to her breast. And she cared for him as if he were her own. 17 The neighbor women said, “Now at last Naomi has a son again!” And they named him Obed. He became the father of Jesse and the grandfather of David.
THE GREATEST PRAISE IS GIVING THE KINSMEN REDEEMER YOUR LIFE.
JESUS IS YOUR HEAVENLY BOAZ
BOAZ: FLEETNESS, MOVING QUICKLY AND WITH PRECISION AND AGILITY.
