Week 14 Recap:
1. Constantly evaluate the condition of your heart!
• A hard heart receives the Word, but it's easily forgotten.
• A shallow heart receives the word with joy and it begins to grow, but when persecution comes it withers because it doesn't have deep roots in a persons heart.
• A heart that has other priorities receives the Word, but it is chocked out by the cares and distractions of this world.
• A good and humble heart receives the Word, and holds on to it, producing spiritual fruit through perseverance and obedience to God.
2. Kill the weeds by guarding your heart!
Get rid of the weeds (sin) that are choking God’s purpose and plan for your life!
3. Change the condition of your heart by planting deep roots!
Fruitful heart (fertile soil growing abundant crops) - Planting deep roots in Christ is about having a living, breathing, healthy, vibrant relationship with, Jesus where no circumstance can shake or move you!

• The single greatest way that, God speaks to us today is through His Word!
• There is no substitute for the DAILY study of God’s word!

Your level of obedience to God will be determined by the level of His Word in your life!
