FIRST WAY – Truth without Grace
Truth without grace leads to rules and rebellion.
Rules without relationship leads to rebellion.

SECOND WAY – Grace without Truth
Grace without truth – do whatever and believe whatever you want
Something is wrong whenever everyone hates you.

The Third Way – full of Grace and Truth

Jesus was full of grace and truth.
Grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.

He is not just a way he is the Way
He is not just a truth he is the Truth
He is not just a part of life he is Life
Jesus was all Truth but yet was moved with compassion.
Let us be a church that lives in tension between grace and truth.

Why is it important to see Jesus as fully God? When we see Jesus as the manifestation of truth how does that change how we read the Bible?
Where do you find yourself leaning more towards Grace or Truth? How has that affected your relationships?
If we read further in John 14, it calls the Holy Spirit the Spirit of Truth that reminds us of what Jesus taught. How have you seen the Holy Spirit remind you of Jesus words? How can we be more in tune to when the Holy Spirit wants to speak to us?
