Recharge Farm Fun
Join Recharge moms and their children ages birth to kindergarten for a farm themed craft and game experience you won't want to miss. From 10:00am-11:30am on Friday, May 12 we will be making flower pots, creating animal barns, playing games with stuffed animal friends and more. Ellis Family Haiti Fundraiser
The Ellis family will be answering God’s call to full-time mission work in Haiti through Back2Back Ministries. There is an Italian Dinner fundraiser on May 19th at 5:30pm at The River Church. Child Dedications
Parents do you wish to dedicate your child or children? On May 14 and May 21, you can share your commitment to raising your child to become a Christ follower. Serve City Outreach
The River Church is scheduled to serve Saturday, May 27, from 9:45am-noon at Serve City in Hamilton. All you need to do is arrive at 9:45am and you will be shown how you can help. Serve City is a food pantry that reaches out to needy families in our area. They are located at 622 East Avenue, Hamilton.
Graduation Sunday
Our 2017 high school seniors will be graduating soon and getting ready for the next step in their academic and professional careers! We want to celebrate with them on Sunday, June 4th during our Sunday morning services. If you have a student who will be graduating, please email Zach Hibbard at Zach@HitTheRiver.com by Sunday, May 28 with the following information: High School, any honors you would like mentioned, a baby photo, a senior photo, and what college they will be attending or their future plans.
Dinner With The Elders

Women’s Summer Bible Study

Serve the Homeless
The River Church partners with Interfaith Hospitality Network four times each year to care for local homeless families in need of food and lodging. An adult volunteer, or group of volunteers, is needed to prepare/compile an Italian meal to serve on a Friday night, spend the night at Our Lady of Sorrows church in Monroe with the families, and prepare and serve a hot breakfast before the families leave on Saturday morning. The Guatemala mission trip team is selling The Cone gift cards again! If you buy a $20 gift card then $10 is applied to the trip. A $20 gift card buys $20 worth of ice cream!
