Luke 15:11-32 NLT
We make foolish choices
-there a couple things we need to know about our foolish choices
1. God allows us make them
2. They affect the people around us
3. They effect our relationship with Jesus
God is patient
-God is waiting for repentance
-when we desire to turn from what we are doing wrong
*not when we just want to relieve our guilt
*when we want to change what we are doing
*there is a huge difference
-it takes courage to return to Jesus
*this is one of biggest road blocks for some of us
God always takes us back
-Jesus doesn't need us...He wants us
*understanding that should make us love Him even more
-you can return to Him right now
*whether it's the first time or the 300th time
*He is waiting
