· Paul’s expectation was that a believer in Jesus would have the indwelling Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19, Ephesians 1:13-14, Romans 8:9)

· The indwelling Holy Spirit gives each believer a special gift for ministry

· The takeaway is that if you have accepted Jesus you have the Holy Spirit living inside you and He has gifted you for service

· Believer’s baptism is an act of obedience to Jesus when a person has come to faith in Him (Matthew 28:19)
