JESUS GAVE US A CLEAR MANDATE TO CROSS RACIAL LINES AND LOVE PEOPLE WHO LOOK NOTHING LIKE US:
JESUS DESTROYS RACIAL LINES. JESUS CALLED US TO BE WAY MORE THAN STRANGERS.
BUT WHEN YOU ARE A NEIGHBOR INSTEAD OF STRANGER, GOD DOES SOMETHING TO CHANGE LIVES AND HEARTS.
YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE BLACK OR LOOK LIKE SOMEONE ELSE TO HAVE COMPASSION FOR SOMEONE TREATED WITH INJUSTICE.
HOW DIFFERENT WOULD OUR WORLD BE IF WE SIMPLE SAW SOMETHING AND STOPPED.
HOW DO WE GROW A HEART OF COMPASSION?

DO OTHER PEOPLE KNOW YOU LOVE THEM?
WHEN MY CULTURE GETS IN THE WAY OF LOVING SOMEONE ELSE MY CULTURE NEEDS TO CHANGE OR BE REMOVED.

PRACTICALLY: IT IS NOT ENOUGH NOT TO BE A RACIST.

IF WE FAIL TO LISTEN TO OTHERS WHO ARE HURTING WE WILL FAIL TO BEAR THEIR BURDENS.
DON’T BE CONTENT WITH I LOVE ALL PEOPLE AND BUT ONLY BE CONTENT WITH I LOVED SOMEONE TODAY!

3. What relationships in your life need to know that you love them and you begin to carry some of their burdens?

Give you the opportunity to start a relationship with Jesus:
God created us to be with him.
Our sins separate us from God.
Sins can’t be removed by good deeds.
Paying the price for sin Jesus died and rose again.
Everyone who trust in him alone has eternal life.
Life with Jesus starts now and last forever!
