Those of us who are Jesus followers need to take responsibility for the irresponsibility of the World. When we do, Jesus and His church will change the world.
Mosaic believes: Jesus makes life better, and He makes us better at life.

How to lead non followers over the bridge to follow Jesus.
Leverage the authority Jesus has given you for the benefit of those under your authority. Not for more authority.
Leverage the influence Jesus has give you to empower others.
Leverage the church as a family for them, not for us.
View non-believers as more important that yourself.
Live your life to build a legacy for Jesus, not yourself.
Use your authority and influence (Time, Money, Position) for His purposes.

Who is a famous leader that you admire? What do you admire about that person?

Talk about a leader in your life who has had a big in influence over you (i.e.: a parent, boss, a coach, etc...). What was it about that leader that made him or her special?

How does Jesus saying "if you want to be great you must become the least" affect your view of your own leadership?

Jesus says we must view others as more important that ourselves, including non-believers. How should this change the way you engage others?
