Wisdom goes beyond right and wrong, and brings to light which choice is best based on the complex realities of life. So join us as we WISE UP in knowledge, understanding and instruction.

Two kinds of pride:
Pride that BUILDS up.
Pride that PUFFS up.
Pride that BUILDS up.

Five tests for pride:
If you POINT FINGERS when you are caught.
If you GET ANGRY when you don't get what you "deserve".
If you don't SEEK ADVICE when you don't know your way.
If you AVOID CORRECTION when you make a mistake.
If you TALK ABOUT YOURSELF when you're with someone you respect.

Four antidotes for pride:
SURROUND yourself with honest people.
SERVE others who can't repay you.
SURRENDER your own: 1. Position (Luke 14:7-11); 2. Praise (Proverbs 27:2); 3. Plans (James 4:13-17)
SUFFER under God's judgment.
