"When Faith Is Tested"

What are we to think of Joseph’s imprisonment? I doubt he was thinking about the quality of the prison. No doubt he was thinking about how he got there. If Potiphar had investigated and was convinced that the evidence was correct he should have had Joseph killed for the offense was punishable by death. If Potiphar did not think Joseph was guilty than he should have released him or at least sent him to another post. Joseph felt this injustice from his earthly master, but did he feel an even greater injustice from God?
1. His suffering was not for evil he had done
2. God was molding his character
3. Persecution will reveal the power of God
> Persecution is ultimately for righteousness
