Joseph
- has revealed himself to his brothers.
- survived betrayal, slavery, imprisonment…and is in a position of authority
- forgives…and brings his brothers back into relationship.
The climax
- led by Judah, the brothers prove the change in their own heart
- Joseph could not control himself before all those who stood by him…I am Joseph!
- then he fell upon his brother Benjamin’s neck and wept, and Benjamin wept upon his neck. And he kissed all his brothers and wept upon them. After that his brothers talked with him.
Screen fades to black…triumphant music plays…
the rest of Genesis is the conclusion of all of these events in snapshots as the credits begin to roll.

The Holy Spirit was at work
- the boys are telling him all that Joseph said to them, they’re showing him the chariots from Egypt, the treasures that they have carried with them
- and Jacob agrees to go; “the spirit of their father Jacob revived.”
