Upcoming Women’s Bible Study
Breaking Free, The Journey, The Stories by Beth Moore. This study will take us through the Scriptures to discover the transforming power of freedom in Jesus Christ. Themes for this study come from Isaiah, a book about the captivity of God’s children, the faithfulness of God, and the road to freedom. The study will start on Tuesday, January 10, and will last for 11 weeks. The morning class will be 9:30am-11:30am and the evening class will be from 6:30 pm-8:30 pm. Cost of the book is $17. Have You Ever Wanted To Start Over?
On Sunday, January 15, we will be offering Starting Point on Sunday morning in our Adult Study Groups that meet during both the 9:45am and 11:15am services. This group is an excellent place to rediscover why you became a Christian in the first place. Or perhaps you are curious about God, have a new relationship with Jesus, or are returning to church after having been away for a while. Wherever you find yourself I think you will find the conversation in this group one that will help you in your growing relationship with Jesus. There is no cost and there is childcare available.
Daniel Fast
The Daniel Fast is a spiritual discipline designed to better connect us with God. We encourage you to join us for 21 days as we deepen our relationship with God. The Fast begins January 15 and ends Sunday, February 5. An overview packet as well as a prayer guide are available for you at the guest center.
River 101
Are you interested in learning more about The River Church? Then join Pastor Brad on Wednesday, January 18 from 6:15pm-8:30pm for River 101. River 101 is also the first step in becoming a member of The River Church. Child care will be provided.
