Last week we went back to the beginning to develop the context of the first advent of our savior Jesus Christ. We know that we can place our hope in Jesus’ return because His birth was fulfilled just as God had promised. This morning we are going to take a little closer look at Jesus as the greatest gift we could ever receive and the motivation that lay behind this awesome gift.

The most powerful motivator there is has got to be love. Love can make us do some pretty amazing things. It is because of Love that God made away for all of us to be restored into fellowship with Him once again. It was love that brought the gift of Jesus and love that will one day bring Him back again.
