Sin promises life and joy, but it brings death and pain.
How should we respond to temptation and sin?
1. See sin as sin:
•As an offense against a holy God
•As an offense against a trusted friend
•As a deceitful trap
2. Respond to sin as sin:
•Avoid it like death
•Feel sorrow and turn around
Always remember, Jesus endured our death and pain so that we could have eternal life and inexpressible joy.
