https://tithe.ly/give?c=1317080Theme: It is more important than ever to not let your faith in God waiver during times of testing. Faith and endurance are benchmarks of spiritual growth. Adversity brings growth and growth yields new opportunities. Now is not the time to fight against or give up on your spiritual growth process. Embrace it to see the new truths God has to share with you!
A. View Your Troubles As Opportunities (James 1:1-4)
Our Faith And Endurance Will Grow If We Know Whom We Serve (v.1)
James is telling you and I today that our first requirement for growing our faith and endurance in tough times is to make sure you are serving God first!
Consider Troubles of “Any Kind” As Opportunities for Great Joy
Put one foot in front of the other. Not by understanding but trusting.
God is in this with you, whether you “feel” it or not.
(Romans 8:28 NLT) And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.

B. Trust God With All or Not At All! (James 1:5-8)
To not trust God fully is to not trust Him at all.
For your faith to grow in adversity, you must trust God with everything!

C. Whatever The Situation, Give Glory To God (James 1:9-11)
Adversity Does Not Discriminate
We would be wise to not keep our faith in our accomplishments.

D. God Blesses Those Who Endure “Keep On Keeping On” (James 1:12-18)
The Testing of Our Faith Brings Growth and Endurance
Let Me Ask You Two Questions:
1. How do you know your faith in God is real without testing?
2. Have you ever found after the fact that a previous testing of your faith prepared you for the next one?
Learn The Difference Between A Trial and A Temptation
God will never “ask” you to do anything that conflicts with His word!
Remember Whatever Is From God Is Good and Perfect
You Are God’s Prized Possession!
In His birth Jesus was God with us. In His life Jesus was God to us. In His death Jesus was God for us. Since His ascension Jesus is God in us. At His coming Jesus will be God over us. Forever Jesus is God before us. Yes Jesus Christ is Lord! @drjamesmerritt
Believe God’s hand will hold you. Remember where you are now is not your final destination.

Reopening Survey
Hey Friends, if you haven't already, could you do myself and our leadership a HUUUUUUGE favor by taking this short 14 question multiple-choice survey? It would really help us know how to plan our future steps in reopening our church. The survey is anonymous and will only take a few minutes. I really appreciate your help in this!
