I. Remember that when Jesus began His ministry He said plainly that He was going to reach the outcast.
II. He then proceeded to do exactly what He said He would do!
a) Jesus heals a demon possessed man. Luke 4:31-37
b) Jesus calls common men to be His disciples. Luke 5:1-11
c) Jesus TOUCHES a leper. Luke 5:12-16
d) Jesus makes a tax collector one of His disciples. Luke 5:27-32
e) Preaches unexpected theology. Luke 6:20-49
f) Jesus heals a Roman's slave. Luke 7:1-10
