<b>September 25th: Life Group Launch</b><br>Come wearing your favorite football team jersey! Enjoy food, fellowship &amp; getting connected to a new Life Group as we celebrate community!<br><br><b>October 2nd: Young At Heart (50+)</b><br>Young At Heart will meet at 6:00 pm on October 2nd. Please bring a dish to share and enjoy fellowship, singing, and worshipping the Lord. Meet at the home of Bob and Shirley Matthews, 2477 Columbine Dr., North Pole, AK 99705. Take the North Pole exit and go around the roundabout to Badger Rd. Go 3 miles and turn left on Marigold (you will see Community Baptist Church). Turn right on to Columbine and, after the group of mailboxes, it’s the first driveway on the left.<br><br><b>October 5th: Politics, Party Lines, &amp; Prayer</b><br>We are on the precipice of losing critical religious liberty protections in our country. Meanwhile state courts, legislatures and city councils around the country have moved to further narrow the protections granted for religious liberty, as their citizens must choose between adherence to religious faith and full participation in the public square. How are we as Christ-followers to respond? FB1st Men and women, this starts at 7:00 pm in the multipurpose room.<br><br><b>October 5th: FB1st Membership Class</b><br>Come find out about the core beliefs and vision of our church and decide if membership is the right step for you. Meet at 7:00 PM in the Lower Level Meeting Room. Please sign up on our website if you are interested.<br><br><b>October 9th: Water Baptism</b><br>Water baptism is the outward expression of your inward relationship with Jesus. If you have never been baptized and would like to, see our website for information about water baptism and to sign up.<br><br><b>October 15th: FB1st Men’s Wild Game Feed</b><br>All men are invited to join us at 6:00 pm for our annual FB1st Men’s Wild Game Feed. There will be lots of good food, games, prizes, and a gun giveaway. Don't miss it!
